Cancellation and refund policy
Conditions apply depending on the pack booked (Red, Blue or Green).
Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@moovrentacar.com, stating the booking number in the subject line.
Under the Red Pack, a refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours (or as per the rate booked) before the contract start date, except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, war, terrorist attack, death or serious sudden illness of the renter, their parents, siblings or children), duly evidenced via the website, email or postal mail.
Within the 48 hours prior to the start of the contract, a date change is allowed within a period of one year.
Under the Blue Pack and Green Pack, no refund will be issued except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, war, terrorist attack, death or serious sudden illness of the renter, their parents, siblings or children), duly evidenced via the website, email or postal mail.
In such cases, only a date change is allowed within a period of one year.
